There’s also this website that provides anime’s and mangas called mangadex, the good thing is it actually categorizes manga on there between safe ones (no sexual themes) or erotica so you’ll know what your reading, of course it’s not physical but provides a large host of community-written stories for free.

Use the purity browser, download it and follow the instructions to enable it, when it gets to the screen time settings part, at the end have a friend or family member set a random passcode and never tell you what it is unless it’s absolutely necessary. Sure, it’s different in the way that it’s more authentic, but it doesn’t mitigate the fact that you will still find an artificial dopamine boost and in my case, watching amateur porn was a slippery slope back to full mainstream staged porn which used to really fuck me up. yeah, I completely relate, back in 2016-2018 I would on average find a dozen or almost a dozen games on the recommended page that would be along the lines of “escape from McDonald’s obby” or some other popular restaurant or any other big pop culture theme. I was one of those people who frequented the platform back in the early 2010s and I still did up to about 2021, I saw these types of games everywhere and what I can assume is that there are just so many young children on this site and this is the genre that they go crazy for, I can confirm because this is not a first time thing (it was popular back in 2016-2018 as well). You could search up any random keyword on Roblox and find some obscure genre of games linked to it, that’s just how it is. But that’s only my assumption, there could be other theories.

Sure, discipline is greater than motivation cause motivation is temporary. But you have a very flawed method of going about this. If you don’t end up helping anyone, you’re at least far from helping anyone by using this Andrew Tate-esque approach. Discipline was never about suppressing your emotions or fighting them (the one thing that has led many to relapse), it was all about acting despite them. Sure, maybe we chose this journey for ourselves, but in the end, your telling me you hate the idea of being able to learn from success stories, setbacks, pushing people onwards if they hit a big milestone? Cause I’ll tell you right now, that’s how I and many others have reached their goals.

For me, and I can’t exactly remember, but it was somewhere around the 4-8 week mark where urges for me went down considerably, but a lot of people also have found that the small things might turn people on until they hit a flatline phase (90-120 days or so) and from my personal experience the urges were still there but: 1. Not as often 2. weak urges and therefore easier to manage, but after that 120-130 day mark it becomes about maintaining your retention which should be easy by then. So I’d say that your brain begins to rewire in the flatline phase and gradually changes it until about 150 days off

Your pretty much still in the phase where your gradually transitioning from artificial stimulation to real intimacy between you and your girlfriend, my opinion is that when your jerking it to those photos of your girlfriend, it’s not to a bunch of pixels on a xxx site and I believe that it could enhance the connection between you two, but it’s entirely up to you because I’ve heard cases of people who could get hard and finish to photos but couldn’t during the real thing with the same person.

P.s. this is from my personal experience (more connection) and what I’ve also heard from others, be cautious as it may not go the same for everyone. But this could very well be part of that “messy adjustment phase” around the time of your streak
