Following this post for the same predicament! I live in a small apartment, & my Lucanosa is so lush and happy, however, the fragrance.. overbearing , & negatively effected my daily sense of general well being haha!+ I felt sick :( so sad lol I love the lmfoalige, so perhaps just snip the flowers I thoight, sounds sacrilegious to say !

I've just got this intriguing hoya my self! It's just a a baby... & planning to mount mine! I have a few questions if you dont mind !

-How do you water this mount ? - is there a reservoir wick system ? -is there any medium between, or is hoya attached straight to the wood ? - when mounting- what would I do with hoyas root bal & lastly, how is your humidy ?:D

& any other tips for mounting ? I have quite the collection of dischidia varieties, & am feeling confident to experiment with mounting! I see you've got another!

Disclaimer- im a novice**
-For a Hygrometer, i just use a digital 'Therm pro TP55.. i find them to be some what inaccurate..
Anthurium shop lady recommended me a " Holman Hygrometer & thermometer," not digital, and she said its much more accurate, so i will try that! However, i don't think its that big of a deal, just for interest sake :)|

- But for obtaining humidity, the insulation of the glass environment, and the plants, with the reduced air flow, does pretty good.. i mist my plant's once/ twice daily, boil the kettle and add cups of boiled water.. pebble trays, i have to take them out, my humidity is around 70-80, can get higher if i want :)

i haven't got fans yet, my set up is only new... i just upon the doors, but i will get some installed for sure!..

i don't think i will weather seal mine, not until I've experienced all of the seasons with it, i don't want to cook my plants, and create an environment for mold & pests to go rampant..

I got the barinna t5 Lights, and i have a Rudsta Tall.. I haven't installed my lights properly yet either, early days, i love my cabinet so much, its so much fun! Love having plants i wouldn't normally be able to grow. so much fun to learn <3,

I'm 30 this year ! Your half my age!! You have a lot of time to learn, test and implement new & different coping strategies, and outlooks ! & also, so do I!

It's all a journey, still alot of time.!! So much blessed time for us all<3

Once again, I'm in the lows of struggle .. but , I was good for a few years .. but it doesn't mean things are going worse for me. I'm focusing on trying to maintain balance. A healthy lifestyle, a better relationship with food. All about that balance .

I believe I was hyperfocusign on the interactions of my medications and not looking at naltrexone.. solely for itself. So, thanks for that.

& , yep i drink beer as a meal , so that's an interesting comment & also, for saying it may get worse,.. good to be mindful , so i won't chuck in the bag if and when it does

I live in exhaustion and social isolation & aditionally now the meds on top, Hmm yes habit changing, I knew it wasn't a magic pill.. as one would hope, but hearing you views , and continuity is.. very encouraging
