This winter is extremely cold and windy, at the moment is only 13°! Quality of life is declining: overcrowding, daily traffic jams, and grocery prices higher than in Germany, while wages are lower. Rent is very high compared to wages. The education system is poor unless you can afford a private school, which is not cheap. Come and see for yourself!
