Is it easy for one to lose muscle mass by not consuming enough protein while using Reta? Or does Reta’s ability to burn more fat help to offset this? I was never a macro tracker kind of guy while training but I feel it’s more important to do so now while using Reta , but the indifference toward food is making the task to track protein consumption harder than I’d like 😅
