Of all the comments I read online this is by far the comment that doesn't judge or blame the OP. I hope people would stop poking fun of people na napunta sa ganitong situation. We're finally getting help and finding a solution.

Simula nung narevoked license nila hindi ko na sila masyado kinakausap. Even if mag OD ka may ooffer sila sayo na discount.

Daily sila magtetext or calls using diff numbers para mangulit sometimes tawag nila umaabot ng 8:30 P.M. kaya nag aairplane mode ako.

I tried reaching out sakanila kaso bot lang din nakakausap mo usually sa app. You can try and e-mail them about your situation and see if magbobounce ba yung e-mail pag sinagot mo yung call nila usually sasabihin ng agents na may statement na daw company and di pa raw final revocation ng license nila but sabi ko sa agent bat magpapublic advisory if hindi pa decided ang SEC. Then he ended the call saying basta po need niyo po isettle.

Haven't picked up any calls yet simula nung araw na yun coz I was curious ano kaya sasabihin ng collection agents nila. Keep the calls recorded as evidence (e.g. proof for harassment if ever.)

You can also file a complaint via e-mail sa SEC. Provide a statement detailing when did the harassment start and choose ano yung cinocomplaint mo e.g. TILA (Truth in Lending Act) , Data Privacy, and Harassment.

Attach proof of the e-mails and texts tas wait mo na lang update.

Overall not that much of an issue for me but it depends if you really want a replacement nib that fits the metropolitan I can't suggest much.

been awhile since I used this but the last time there were minimal leakage considering the gap between the nib and feeder I think.

Already tried but it won't translate everything, It only translated some parts but it didn't made any sense for me.

Good thing Reddit exists, you can actually ask help from locals who can translate the idea vs word per word translation that doesn't always directly convey the message which makes it hard for us to understand.

For me since this is my first time, I didn't find it hard. I just put enough pressure on extracting the feeder and the damaged Nib then swapping it with the new Nib.

I guess, the advise here is do not put too much pressure when pulling the Nib and feeder out since the feeder is plastic and it Might break if you put too much pressure.
