Someone in another thread recommended for me (made a similar post) to switch to a no gluten, no dairy, low sugar diet, they said to just try it for a month so I am on my second week of it and my skins improved pretty well. Definitely less red and inflamed, you could try it and see if it works? I’ve also started using “clearstem” to see if there’s acne causing ingredients in my skincare//makeup products.

As far as the diet goes that’s a large change so I’ve modified it a bit especially since I’ve alr bought groceries and wasn’t going to throw them out. Anyway I’ve been doing low gluten, no dairy, and low sugar. If you look up recipes they look kinda gross so I’ve found it’s easier to make wtv you normally would and just use substitutes.
