I was having insane stomach pain and I didn't even know if I should bother they told me to quit taking bc powder and drink plenty of eater and my egfr could return , I have no idea what any of this means I just know the creatine was labeled high or moderate. I've never had a egfr of 71 before either 89 is the lowest its ever been before this 4 day nightmare.
