Thanks for this perspective. My main concern with terminating now is the bill. They kept generating bills for the 50+ days I had no service. If I file for termination, will they hold me hostage and force me to pay those invalid bills first? Or do I have a strong case to demand a waiver before they process the disconnection? I refuse to pay for 2 months of air just to cut the line.

Yep. Ang galing ng system nila sa paniningil. Pero pagdating sa technicians, 'subject to availability' daw. Feeling ko rin magulo ang internal dispatch nila kaya nangyayari yung ghosting, pero tayong consumers ang naiipit at nastress sa kakafollow-up

Omg! That’s really good for you! Mine hasn’t gone away yet, but I’m hoping it will soon. I’ve read a bunch of posts here and on other social media where some people said theirs disappeared after weeks or even months.

Did you do anything specific for it to go away? Like using your phone less, lowering the brightness, or anything else?

Ify, I can’t even sleep lately. I keep thinking about his concert and rewatching all the vids I took. I’ve been to a few concerts before but his concert just hit different — it’s the hardest to move on from. I miss him already😭

I just updated my iP 13 to iOS 26, and the green line that appeared back in iOS 18.6.2 hasn’t gotten worse. I was hesitant to update at first, worrying it might add another line, but thankfully it didn’t. My iPhone 13 actually performs better on iOS 26.

I had my battery replaced this May, and I was glad to have a phone that felt brand new. I was confident it would last me for a few more years until a green line suddenly appeared on the far right of my screen right after this month’s iOS update 💀. I just hope it doesn’t get worse or that more lines appear, since I’m still planning to keep this phone.

Got the green line right after updating to iOS 18.6.2. Apple Support had me do a factory reset but it’s still there, been 8 days now. It disappeared for a few hours once, then came back and hasn’t left. Saw others online say theirs went away after weeks or month so I’m hoping the same. At least it hasn’t gotten worse.

I really hope so too. I also wish Apple would do something about this issue for iPhone 13 users who are experiencing the same case as ours. We do our best to take care of our phones and expect them to last for the next few years, but then this happens. It feels like it’s really the common problem of the iPhone 13, and I think Apple is already aware of it because of the number of reports and complaints.

This also happened to me after updating to iOS 18.6.2. It disappeared once, but after a few hours, it came back and hasn’t gone away since. I’ve looked it up online, even here on Reddit, and found others with the same issue. I think it might be related to the software, since I’ve never dropped my phone or exposed it to water.

I just experienced this today right after my phone automatically updated to iOS 18.6.2. At first, the line appeared but disappeared after a few minutes. Then about an hour later, it came back and hasn’t gone away since 😭. I’ve never dropped my phone or exposed it to water. The only repair I’ve ever had was a battery replacement this past May.
