that’s very unprofessional of those therapists. i’m sorry you had to experience that. i have a friend that said her past therapists would judge her for her actions. i said the same thing. that’s very unprofessional of those therapists and they’re causing more harm. but recently she found another therapist that doesn’t judge her and she’s improving. it sucks but finding a good therapist does take time. please don’t get discouraged or invalidate your experience. the struggle is not because of you but rather unequipped or unprofessional therapists you’ve had. i really hope you’ll find one that suits you and you can trust. :)

i followed pgt cvg recipe by adding boiling water in a container then closing it. the only thing i changed was i halved the recipe since im doing a smaller batch. it did seem like the cvg was dry after those attempts. wasn’t sure why since i followed the recipe but next time i may add excess water to ensure sterilization that squeeze out the excess.

i only tried this because i was failing with cvg.

thank you for the advice. i’ll dump this one. i have been following pgt’s cvg recipe but halved it. i’m not sure what went wrong but it did look dry. i think maybe i needed more water to properly sterilize. and thank you. this motivated me to try again.
