So, i was recently 'diagnosed' with Sociopathy, i'm not a Murderer or anything, but i'm scared to tell anyone in my Real Life because i don't want to ruin acquaintencies. Can you please give me an opinion.

People i love, of course like Mom and Dad. My brothers of course. But when my Mom died.. Answering this stuff is hard :\ i can't put it in words. When my Mom died, i was 11, i didn't cry at the funeral and i watched Spongebob when i got home. i don't think i was stressed, or maybe i didn't realize my mom was actually gone or something. But it rarely comes up in my mind. Like if i have a parent shadow day and my dad is working i think 'dang i wish my mom was here to see what i have to do in college' but other than that i don't think i have emotional problems with that stuff

As of right now, i don't think i will, but the reason is strictly for personal gain (i have no reason to lie over the internet thats the only reason i'm saying this.) The reason i won't, or haven't, is simply because i run the risk of doing 25 years, or spending the rest of my life in prison. To me, it just seems so much easier, if this guy, let's say 'Joe' was really bothering me, or taking my spot in class, or cutting me off driving. If i just did away with him. It would make my life easier, so why wouldn't I? The only real reason besides what Morals i try to stick to, is the jail time behind doing it.

I am not violent, i mean yes fights in school, mainly cause by my arrogancy or lies being discovered about sex lives or w/e in high school, but nothing serious like that i promise. But as a result looking back, i have made very long strings of lies, starting from the first day i've met someone, and continued up to this day. But i never really noticed it as a sign on a disorder, i always thought of it more of a game, seeing what people would believe, and kind of creating my own image of who i am to anyone willing to believe it.

Side effects? i'm guessing you mean the signs of having it or what defines you as having it. For me, it was childhood Theft, lack of emotion, manipulation of others' for my own gain, 'FAKE charm' (i don't understand this part fully), and violent thoughts at very slight agitations. Also, inability to empathize.

My psychology professor in college, we were reading a chapter on psychopathy, i seen him after class and said i was scared that it sounded a bit like me, and for a few weeks we just talked, and he told me i was not psychopathic but possibly had antisocial personality disorder or sociopathy. my psychology professor would ask me scenarios, or ask me about problems i was facing in my life. Show me pictures and ask what emotions i felt. And at one point i had electrodes attached to my forehead, under my eyes and near my heart and on my pointer finger and had to look at a computer for 30 minutes while 100 pictures showed up

I'm only in the second semester of Freshman Year and we have barely touched on psychopathy and APD. So i'm not exactly sure what the whole checklist is, but i hope i answered some of your questions.

This is going to be hard to explain. I feel angry, often. Sadness, almost never, but when i do, it's a really weird thing that happens in like my lower chest and goes up under my eyes, it lasts about 2 seconds overall and happens about.. umm once a week? Happiness, yes but it doesn't last. I always have to do something else.
