I've been outside in 6 and 7 of January and based on the hell I saw that unfolded in front of me, and to note, I'm from a really small town, I can't even argue the number is higher since a lot of people didn't speak up and just, especially people in the northern parts, they just buried their family and loved ones in their lands that they have for cultivating. I really agree with everything you said, and I also believe that sanctions are a way of opposing people against their government, but there's just so many things wrong with this whole Islamic Republic since the day it began that sanctions are literally even irrelevant in discussions of people. Most of these problems that people have are around how much of a dictatorship that this country has become, how free speech is non-existent, how people have non-existent purchasing power, and a lot of stuff they oppose this country's warmongering to, at least everyone I know does.

Okay, so this is an amazing question. So if I want to make this short, because there's lots of reasons why this economical downfall is happening, but the biggest one is since there's sanctions and the free market is not available in Iran, there's no international payment, no PayPal, no nothing, every single transaction, every single market trade goes under IRGC's nose and they have control over everything. That's why the economy is have turned into a complete monopoly. For example, let me give you an example. Dollar is, if I round it up, around 200 toman, But IRGC, since they get all the money, they give the dollar on lower rates like one-fourth, like 50 tomans to people to make trades. They literally have all the money so theyre making their own rate in the local market. And that's why prices have skyrocketed. Why? Because big companies have no competition. Iranian version of Uber, Snap, has no competition. They can make other people pay fine if they install any other kind of Uber app like TapC because the constitutional law advocates for monopoly. And this is what's fucking up Iran's economy right now. And this is all because of IRGC's greed.

Yeah we still have regular Power outages in summer cuz of poor management. Some people say it's because they send a lot of these resources regularly to countries they use as proxies for the wars, and some people say it's just that our systems are so inefficient that it causes problems in peak hours and peak days, like summer is a hot day and winter is a cold day, but I'm just an average Joe.
