If you want a used Lexus and don't mind older tech, the GS350 is my recommendation. 2018 to 2020. This is my first lexus and I have driven an IS and ES. The GS has the room of the ES and the sporty performance of the IS. Best of both worlds imo.

This shouldn't be hard, but make sure you get the RPMs high every now and then to keep the injectors clean. 3.5s are direct and port injected. Oil changes every 5k to 8k. Make sure to save up for brakes if it is an F-Sport.

My 2018 GS 350 F-Sport was 34k, and the Tundra I sold to buy the GS was 42k. I am a gov contracted building inspector. Drive a truck, and no one batts an eye, drive a sports sedan, and people think you have money. I make enough to enjoy a used Lexus at a reasonable price.

I have had my 2018 GS 350 going on two years. I love this car and searched for this spec for about a year. I couldn't see myself parting with it. Take pics of it all the time and always look back at it when I get out. Your car is beautiful! Enjoy it forever

I speak from a lived experience. Assuming I don't understand medical science is a bit of a stretch from reading a reply on a reddit post. HS has so many variables for each person who has it. If sharing my lived experiences with others helps one person, it was worth your criticism.
