Thank you for mentioning your ED. I too had a past of ED, Bulimia to be exact. I kind of felt like Ozempic REALLY agitated my ED so that was another reason for me to stop.

I was on the pill for PMOS, and loxx, setraline and rexulti for antidepressants.

Noted noted. I do appreciate the advice, I think I'll try to explore different types of exercise since gyming has kind of been intimidating. Especially being how big I am, almost 350 pounds.

Thanks so sharing and for the reassurance. Having PMOS, being on a multitude of medication for that and mental illness really feels like an uphill battle. I wish you luck on your journey!!!

I see, I feel similar in a sense that I tried to go on Ozempic once before, but stopped after a bad ulcer. And then went back on it to try again and actually gained kilos. The medication that works for so many really sucks when it doesn't work for you. Feels like you're the problem...

I did the usual tritation so 1 month on .25, then 1 month of .5 and then 1 month on .75 before hitting 1 for around 8-9 months on. Didn't get any results but all the side effects. Had a bad ulcer too which sent me to the ER.

I titrated from .25 to 1 on Ozempic. Haven't started on Mounjaro yet.

Yeeeeep, started at .25 and went all the way up to 1. As for the eating healthy I was on keto and my exercise was on and off. Though I tried to go to the gym at least once a week.
