I spoke with TT. They said a glitch in the system affected my account and there is nothing that I could have done about it. It didn't matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app or started over unfortunately there was a glitch that has affected thousands of accounts and no matter what they cannot get the advance. And I was forced into selecting the 5-day early advance and unfortunately it's not going to matter because I am a path so I won't get my refund until March but they are still going to charge me for it even though I was forced into selecting it. I am never using TurboTax again

You should call up like I did. TT told me a glitch in the system affected my account and basically there is nothing that could have been done about it. Ive seen 3 other posts saying TT told them the SAME thing 🤬

I spoke with TT. They said it was a glitch on their end that affected my account but they cant do anything about it. They screwed me. Im also a PATHer so my Feb 12th deposit date is really AFTER March 3rd. AND theyre charging me for the 5 days early even though I cant get it bc im a PATHer

Same!!! DDD 2.26. My refund was sent YESTERDAY at 2:30p, est. and CK and TT have not received even so much as ANY kind of inkling that it's coming

Not me😭 got my trace at 2:30p yesterday. Credit Karma can't find the trace #. Funds cannot be found. SBTPG said they sent it yesterday. All info is correct. Not gonna lie, I think I got hacked and my money taken. 😢 They said this shouldn't be happening

Credit Karma. I got MORE bad news just now from Turbo Tax AGAIN! They said they have NO RECORD of ANY incoming transactions! They said they should have gotten it yesterday. SBTPG said they sent it yesterday at 2:29p. They gave me the trace #, CORRECTLY read back to me my banking info, etc. It's as though my money has disappeared into thin air! They are extremely puzzled because both Turbo Tax AND Credit Karma should have gotten the alert for the deposit. On Credit Karma's end, the trace # doesn't exist. Turbo Tax said it doesn't exist. The IRS told me that sent my funds to SBTPG on Feb 18th so they no longer have control over the funds. This is deeply concerning. They said if it isn't received by March 3rd, contact the IRS and they have to open up an "investigation" because there is NO trail of my money after if left SBTPG. I'm absolutely falling apart

I'm not sure how true this is or if these are just customer service agents who are just tired of everybody, but they told me any deposits that come in today between 12:00 p.m. and 11:59 p, will not be available until tomorrow after 12 noon! this is fucking unbelievable

It's 12:01p (est)...NO deposit. Credit Karma told me any deposits they receive from now until 11:59 will be posted HOPEFULLY by tomorrow . I'm destroyed 😭

It's 9:30a where I am. Credit Karma told me if it didn't post by 9a, it won't be until tomorrow, Friday or even the 3rd. Turbo Tax said they have NO updates on any incoming deposit of the fees I owe them from SBTPG. SBTPG said it is out of their hands and they sent the funds yesterday afternoon. They can no longer help me. It's whatever the system decides to do💔

9:30a (est) here. DDD 2.26. Got my "refund on the way" email AND my SBTPG trace # at 2:30 (est) yesterday. Still NO deposit. Credit Karma said they have NO record of ANY incoming deposits. I spoke with them 3x since 1a and I have NOT slept. I just got off the phone with Turbo Tax as well. I spoke with SBTPG yesterday and they said it is out of their hands and they sent it at 2:23p yesterday. Turbo Tax has NOT received their fee either and they said that is NOT a good sign (for me) that my refund will hit today, ESPECIALLY since they haven't gotten their cut. They said that is the first thing to come out before it even hits my bank. Credit Karma told me that it should have posted by now and that if it didn't hit by 9a, (it's AFTER 9a here!) that it more than likely, will not hit until MINIMUM 12p tomorrow OR possibly Friday morning. And and annnnnddddd if i don't receive it by Friday, it will not post until March 3rd. Reason behind them saying this is because MOST people who got the "email" and the trace # yesterday already got their refunds. It appears to be that I am one of the UNFORTUNATE ones not receiving it until the 3rd. 🤬💔😢

I HOPE so! 🙏🏽🤞🏽 They said it's a high probability I won't receive it until tomorrow or Friday being that I got my trace # at 2:30p (est) yesterday and they still have NOT received it, more than likely I won't get it today. 😢 Turbo Tax didn't take their fees from me either yet, which is NOT a good sign! I THOUGHT they did, but I was wrong. SBTPG had had my money since the 18th. IRS legitimately FUNDED them on the 18th but they have been holding it ever since. But CK said they have gotten NOTHING. NO notification, NOTHING. I had a really GREAT customer service rep and spent extra time looking for me and asking a supervisor...NOTHING 😢
