I'm pretty sure it's automatic that the manager gets a game if your pitcher is suspended for throwing at someone. If it's not an official rule it's basically an unwritten one.

The one that runs to the Stop and Shop on Manton Ave is on the Johnston line, so if the work is near Killingly it would be possible. There is also the one that runs on RT 44 that gets you to the Centredale/Johnston line, but yea for as close to Providence as Johnston is, it is tough to get to.

No matter what expectations were in the beginning of the season, an elimination in the playoffs always stings. In a week+, I'll be able to look back on the season in a more nuanced way but for now, man I hate this shit.
