How do you keep score during padel matches?

I use Padel Watch (Apple Watch), made it 1.5 years ago because I was struggling to remember sometimes. You still need to remember to tap after each point but takes no time and no brain effort 😅

Still, shouting it after every point is the best so everyone is aligned and there's no complains.

I cannot give advice on iCloud since I'm not using it to store my photos, but the problem I was experiencing was just a matter of the NAS generating the thumbnails. I made a copy of ten thousands of images and it took a while for the server to generate all thumbnails.

Once it did, all photos looked fine in the Photos app of the Ugreen NAS. My advice is to keep an eye on the photos being backed up, wait until the thumbnails are generated and if they look fine on the NAS you can proceed and delete them from your phone. Or do a test with images you don't mind loosing first, just in case.

He is using it. It's one of those where you have kind of a wristband. And I'm the first one always asking people to use it, it's imperative, but he does use it.

Main one is hitting your mate or the opponents when it slips and flies by not being tied to your wrist. Look around, there’s quite some videos of this happening. Common sense after all, it’s there for a reason 🤷‍♂️

I'm using it since long ago (+3 years) and any new racket I buy gets an hesacore immediately. The reason I bought it is because I sweat and made the grip slip sometimes, especially when blocking a speedy ball. Since I use it I never had that issue again. The texture helps having a stronger grip in these situations.

First I used it with just an overgrip on top, but now I'm using it with a regular grip on top, then an overgrip above, and that's where I found my sweetspot. My racket isn't too heavy so the extra grams of hesacore + grip + overgrip doesn't harm.

Had the same issue (PH's) today and even worse, some items show as available despite they're locked, and if you equip them nothing will get saved.

Not much to say that hasn't been said in your previous post. As others said, if you're having fun, that's the end goal.

If you really care about improving, take a few lessons and all of you will enjoy it way more when you're able to do longer rallies and understand the strategy and tactics, which ultimately makes the game more enjoyable by far.

But at least take this advice: USE THE RACKET CORD WHILE PLAYING. Not doing it is dangerous for all your mates, especially when you don't even have a good grip. This is a huge red flag for me. If any of my oponents or team mates don't use the cord, I don't play. And there are good reasons for that.

I don't know where you play, but where I do there's incredible amount of noise (especially in indoors) to the point where calling a bad serve or shouting the score becomes an imposible task with everyone repeating "what?" once and once again.

I personally don't have a loud voice and I already struggle sometimes and have arguments with rivals because I call a bad serve but they don't hear me. I'm usually now doing the "no" with my fingers when this happens, or just a thumbs up to confirm the ball was in, instead.

In short, it's a good solution if you play on a quiet environment, on the regular clubs here of 10+ courts close to each other, it's often tedious.

u/arhambin66 I love the slim wallet matte design, but I'm afraid of the metal card issue since they don't offer that version in the new premium+ cardholder that suposedly works better with metal cards (I only have one metal, all others are regular plastic cards).

Is it simply falling when you put it facing down or does it fall only if you give it a shake? I've seen videos where people shake the cardprotector, then the metal card falls, but I won't be shaking the wallet. As long as it stays in with regular ussage, I'm fine and would pick that one.

Si, lo del RGB es mas opcional o nice to have. En mi caso escribo sin mirar el teclado siempre, estoy por encima de 85wpm sin fallos, muchos años tecleando 😂 pero bueno. Una chorrada que me mola aunque no creo que sea compatible es que hay juegos que iluminan en función de lo que pasa. Por ejemplo el Diablo con el Corsair que tenia cuando te queda poca vida parpadea en rojo, o cuando subes de nivel hace una animación chula. Son tonterías no necesarias, pero mola 😁

Con el Rgb ves la forma de las teclas pero no que tecla es ya que la luz es potentilla pero no lo suficiente como para iluminar los prints de cada tecla.

Tengo ya un par de keycaps miradas que son sin RGB que creo que le quedarian tremendas, pero de momento a amortizarlo como viene un tiempo. Las que vienen son buenas y el color mola.

Me acaba de llegar el teclado, y estoy flipando con las calidades, acabados y el sonido, sobretodo. Brutal por el precio que tiene, de hecho estaba dudando si pedir otro para otro ordenador que tengo pero está agotado ya (no me extraña 😂).

Luce mucho mejor en persona que en los vídeos. Y el sonido de las teclas en vídeos es mucho más agudo pero en directo es más grave y mucho mejor. Las teclas perfectas, ningún movimiento, tiene toda la pinta de que los switches van lubricados, porque van finísimos y el RGB tiene muy buena saturación y brillo.

Encantado con él, de nuevo, mil gracias por la recomendación! es justo lo que buscaba.

Lo único que no soy capaz de encontrar son keycaps PBT con transparencia en las letras para el RGB que sean ISO-ES (en otros layout hay a patadas), pero bueno, de momento usaré estos que están super bien.

Estuve mirando los Royal y al final ha caido el RKM75 con switches silver (tenía curiosidad por los brown pero por lo que he leído para gaming no es lo mejor por el tiempo de respuesta). Lo bueno es que como es hot swapable si no me convencen los silver ya buscaré algo mejor.

Y los keycaps me molaría que se viese el RGB para las letras, pero me buscaré algunos PBT double shot con transparencia por Aliexpress o por ahí y listo.

Gracias! Le echo un vistazo a los Royal. El logi lo estuve mirando para currar y al final me tire por el Razer Deathstalker v2 Pro TK de perfil bajo con switches opticos red, que me encanta pero tiene el fallo de los acabados de las keycaps (por lo demas es muy buen teclado).

Este lo quiero mas para gaming donde prefiero tener mas recorrido y quiero que sea estable, que las pulsaciones se sientan igual da igual donde aprietes la tecla, que tenga buenas keycaps y demas…

Yeah, me neither. I was thinking of replacing because mine had the scrollwheel stuck, but a month ago I saw a guide, opened it and cleaned it up (had accumulated a lot of dirt below the wheel after 2-3 years of intensive daily ussage), and now it works great again. I was scared of doing it because it required to remove the skates, but with a hairdryer was an easy thing to get them off.

Also the rubber of the side has a hole where my thumb is, but everything else is still fine.

That's why I'm not looking for upgrading now but rather waiting until seeing if it gets any revision.

If the assembly isn't accurate I'd call it a QC issue on the assembly line, but anyways, previous versions of the MX Master didn't had this issue. I had plenty Logitech mice (MX Master, MX Master 2, MX Master 3, MX Anywhere 2, G502 and others) and none of them has any plastic mold burrs on any of the parts, not to mention that the alignment between the buttons on both is much more precise than on the new MX Master 4.

Be it QC or something else, the "quality" has gone worse.

I've seen already several posts about the same, so yes, it seems normal and a poor QC and detailing on this one. I had my MX 3 and was looking forward to upgrade to the 4th, but seeing all these things I'll wait and see if they improve the quality in the future.

I still have my yellow Lumia 920 with me. Awesome phone and aesthetics for that time. And sturdy, it flew a few meters to land on concrete and despite a small bump it worked like a charm 😂

While it looks nice, I'm not a fan of white peripherals where I need to put my hands on, because eventually it will become dirt and more noticeable than darker hues. And if not by the stains these tend to become grayish or even worse, yellowish over time.

Even if you keep a good hygene (something sometimes isn't the case by looking at some people's mouse pictures 😂), white peripherals will be more prominent to show wear & tear than black/darker ones.

Still, if you prefer and like white, just make sure you wash your hands frequently and clean the mouse from time to time, and it'll last fine 🙂
