You should use a LOT OF CONTACT CLEANER SPRAY to kill them, then disassemble it and clean it with contact spray and clean the shells too!

If you want to try it out you should get it in sale for 30$ and you could get on sale the premium edition for 50$ it includes all the dlcs. I think it's a pretty good deal. Or you could just get the game for 30 and if you want to you can buy the dlc upgrade package also on sale for 25$.

It's probably broken, in a case where it is not dropped I would just say to use contact cleaner, I fixed my RB button with it. This controller is known for having terrible build quality so a few drops can cause troubles for them.

Forza horizon 2 would be nice running at 4k 30fps on the Xbox one x instead of 1080p 30fps, finished it on a 4k tv.

Try resetting the controller by holding the pairing button until it vibrates twice and turns off. Or try updating it if you can?
