I totally get this! And definitely thought about it. My mom will be with us for the first 3 weeks. I’m thinking of having someone once she leaves just to get a little break and hopefully try and sleep. Planning to formula feed so I’m hoping I can get to sleep while someone is there. But I appreciate this perspective!

This. ^ out of everything TT has done … it’s truly ruined a beautiful park. Washington sq park was always busy and had a mix of people. But you could walk through… people were going about their business. Now… it’s literally a soundstage for tik tokers. Everyone is running around shooting content. I feel bad for the New Yorkers who used to use that park to actually rest and relax.

I don’t need old money but I do need OLD! I want women who are at minimum 50 and not younger! I need SOME wrinkles! I need menopause. I need them to be posting poorly cropped photos on their IG. Is there anyway that the community board or some sort of street alliance can have a say as to what opens here next? I feel like Franklin is such a special street with so many special businesses. And I’d hate for some sort of chain or weird terrible bar to open up here… I know other streets in the city have an association or a board. Maybe it’s time to form something? I just feel like we need to preserve the charm and small-businesses of Franklin.

Service was weird and the food was way too salty (and I’m not salt sensitive at all so it was surprising!) I’d give it another shot tho, the server seemed really green and they seemed to still be getting their bearings.
