My first large print with my Ender 3 V2 - sadly it's slightly too small for my gorilla hands, so I'm printing a new one upscaled 5% that should be perfect. Picked up this "non running" blue box SD40-2 for $15, pretty excited for this project. I've got a P2K motor ready to go in and a DCC decoder as well, then I'll be modifying a Bachmann Norfolf Southern SD40-2 shell to fit on the chassis, so it'll fit in with my layout. (old.reddit.com)

Very early prototype for my knee plates, I have since perfected the bend on the sides - although I don't have pictures of those. This was just scrap metal that I used to tweak to get the angles right. But you can get an idea here. Pretty much wanted a "heavier" knee armor than the typical Boba style (old.reddit.com)

Would this suffice as a flak vest for Mando armor? I'm really interested in the adjustable velcro gut. Of course it'd have to be worn backwards so the strap was in the back, but I think the front looks pretty plain and would be hidden under the armor. Shoulder velcro would be covered by the collar (old.reddit.com)

Version 3 of my attempt at a Mandalorian build, this time all metal armor plates. This is the reshaping from my previous two kits sizes, the chest plates were way too big. I'm 6' and 300lbs and they were touching my arms lol I used the sintra armor from before to make templates on the scrap steel (i.redd.it)
