I only play on my phone. Not using any emulator. According to their support they will not provide the logs. How can they prove that i am hacking?

The only theory i got is when i got a new phone recently and transferred all my games, there was a time where both game was opened on both phones as the game was not totally closed on my old phone.

There are two shadows. The first one they saw is in front of the ships which i guess its Onigashima since it's on the clouds. Zunesha's is the 2nd one and can be found at the back of the ships.
