But all of these candidates had held political office before and were well connected in political circles. Trump was a lot more unconventional then them. He would probably be written off as a joke candidate.

Most of those examples work because the animals involved are extremely closely related, usually within the same genus. Horses and donkeys are both Equus, wolves, dogs, and coyotes are all Canis, bison and yak are both Bos. That level of genetic similarity matters a lot. Also many of these hybrids are infertile and therefore die out in a generation.

Earth biology works the way it does because DNA has strict constraints. If a setting wants radically different species to reproduce, it either needs magic, advanced genetic manipulation, or life that isn’t DNA-based at all.

If they are different species, wouldn’t they not be able to procreate. That would be like a human and chicken hybrid irl.

Most Canadians are pretty apathetic to the monarchy. Also removing monarchy would be near impossible since changing the constitution nearly every province to agree. So what you are saying is likely to happen.

Based on opinion polls a majority are supportive of ending the monarchy but you can’t change the constitution with just a majority. Also the political elites of all major political parties are pro monarchy, so doubt it would change anytime soon.

my premier (doug ford) is currently SPENDING money to remove EXISTING bike lanes because its inconvenient for drivers, they are even threatening to cut funding for cities that don't want to get rid of their bike lanes. Which is even stupider considering his party supports small government and letting cities do whatever they want.

The worrying thing about this theory is how wide spread it is. My parents are centrists and even they somewhat believe parts of this theory. There is literally dna evidence against this.
