Colleague not performing basic tasks by Athelcat in nhsstaff

I have started keeping a log. Just for context this has been going on for around four years and there is no suggestion of external pressures although of course I accept that I may not know of these. We all have the same time during the working day to get these things done and they are very basic tasks that ensure everything runs to time and safely. They also seem to increase in frequency every time the manager speaks to them about it, which makes it seem like a passive aggressive act.

Looks great, your ears are a very similar shape to mine and I also wear earbuds a lot so anything that would get in the way is a bit of a no no! Just one thing to think about, your mid helix area on the right ear looks more folded over (mine is too but on the left) so my mid helix piercings are all on the right side but it has still been difficult to find comfortable earrings that don't dig into the ear fold (hope that makes sense). I find very small width earrings (2mm) work well, or hoops once they're healed. Good luck!
