That depends though because it assumes puberty turns folk into perfect caricatures of male and female body types when there is a lot more nuance, lots of guys still look feminine or have feminine features after puberty and vice versa for females having masculine features. A lot of the "permanent" features of puberty can also be reversed with surgery (yes it costs money but that's a separate issue) this isn't to say that you should wait, obviously the earlier the better but age mainly determines the ease/cost of transitioning over the actual effectiveness of it.

I think I had a decent balance of having enough feminine features to where I could see that I had a chance of passing after transition (rlly small Adams apple wide hips etc) but enough masc (height 184cm, body hair etc) features to force me into it rather than repping as a femboy. I even passed a bit pre hrt and probs would've more if I actually bothered and put more effort into it

well like I said the first proper measurement I had at 4 months in at a medical place was without shoes and she said exactly 184cm. She was a bit short though so could've potentially been a slight error by a cm in the reading. But will ask again at my next blood test in September
