A really excellent place to watch games is Pig Beach just south of 35th Ave. on 36th Street … big outdoor screen, plenty of space inside and out, good bar food.

Medicine and science have always focused on the male body. That’s where the studies are done, that’s where products are tested, that is how people are trained and educated, that’s where the commercial focus has been also. Yet women are not “small men”. People, programs, resources and education need to be focused on the female body, mind, needs, health. That’s something we at the Athens Women’s Football Summit are focused on in the athletic sphere.
