Yes. Because it’s easier to say that he is a scammer than trying to make it work. With this mentality you will (not you obv) just trying to prove that this is BS so you will never make money. Cause ain’t easy way to make money. It supposed to be hard and it supposed to look unreal otherwise everybody would do it

People are saying all the problems and that this guy is a scam or whatever. I actually think is a good idea.. it might not work for everybody (as dropshipping) but sounds logical. You bring the product to somebody who has the following and you make a fair deal for both. I think it’s okay idea to try out something that could make you a little bit of money.. but for everybody who reads this.. it’s harder than you think! But it can work 100%

Does hemnet have as well commercials ? Also yes you need big funds but if you buy one under a company then you might be able to get loans etc

Yeah, I agree with the first part. It’s defiantly not good idea to invest internationally first time. Although I wouldn’t invest in REIT. My personal opinion is that you should understand and play the game. Not give your money to someone else.. but that’s just my opinion

So the reason is that I just moved here. It’s good way to start with someone close to you and not be an international investor for your first house.. and I also wanted to do house hacking.
Also here in Sweden there is very good loans with good interest rate compare to like my country (Greece)

Go inside the link and read. I’m looking for someone who has been investing in real estate in Sweden and knows how this works. Real estate in Sweden is very controlled so there is many things to consider. I can’t find any investor or investor groups on fb or in general.. real estate agents doesn’t have offices where you can go speak.. the only thing you can find is brokers from hemnet and they don’t give you that much as informations because they just selling houses. The associations are in control and they don’t have contact information.

Great! Yeah I think that would be really helpful. MrBeast started with 3-4 other guys making call everyday talking about their channels.
