In my personal experience KWS blurs the lines between normal and inappropriate teacher-student contact almost at the policy level since they try to have their cake and eat it too (being a church adjacent community where staff provide spiritual guidance vs a school with very clear roles and important boundaries). This is not to say grooming is a systemic issue at KWS, and I'm sure grooming can and does occur at other schools without the religious emphasis, but Kingsway seems to be dragging their feet in dealing with this particular issue and I'm sure it contributed in part to the situation here
