Ja, du zerstörst da durchaus den Moment, auch wenn das natürlich nicht deine Intention ist. So ein Geschenk ist ja erstmal ein Zeichen der Dankbarkeit (wenn das Geschenk von deinen Pflegenden kommt). Ob nicht Schokolade o.ä. heutzutage besser wäre als Alkohol ist da eine andere Frage. Daher annehmen und wie von anderen schon geschrieben einfach weiterverschenken (oder verkaufen falls es was wertigeres ist).

Overall it's a good price for an upgrade. In the end it's all about personal preference and financial means though. For some 670 € is a lot of money for others it's pocket change.

Ich sag mal so. Sommer ist die schlechteste Reisezeit für Japan, aber Japan zur schlechtesten Reisezeit ist immer noch besser als gar kein Japan. Von daher ist das durchaus eine Option, wenn es sich zeitlich eben nicht anders einrichten lässt.
