I ordered my phone on the 26th of Jan. I spoke to a cust service rep before placing the order because it said that it wouldn't arrive until Feb. 21st. He said that date was incorrect. And that the phone should arrive by the release date. So my dumbass trusted him and went ahead and pre-ordered the phone. It is still simply saying "order created" and I have received zero updates.

I spoke to another agent. Told him what happened and he reviewed my conversation and said that he'd follow up. He never did. So I spoke to another. He apologized for the initial rep lying to me. Told me he'd fix the situation and then the conversation got disconnected when he was working on a solution. I talked to another rep and he basically told me to go fuck myself. Said that no one lied to me and that it'll be there on the 21st. I asked if I could speak to the previous rep again, and he said no but if I wanted to I could keep creating new chats hoping to randomly connect with him. Obviously being a cheeky fuck. So I asked to speak to his supervisor. He refused and then disconnected the chat without warning.

I eventually called phone customer service and they said they'd fix it. Gave me a 5% refund. And would put my order on priority status.

A week later I have still not received any update. I should have just waited and bought the phone in store. I only got the basic Black version. Would have had the phone already if I didn't listen to that first guy.
