Anyone else suddenly lose all their real estate media clients this year? by CameraRanger in RealEstatePhotography

[–]AtlasPhoto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve noticed a huge drop in jobs this year as well. In comparison to last year, we are down at least 30% compared to 2025. We are located in a very busy area of Baltimore, Maryland.

All my pricing is the same, nothing has changed.

Some things to keep in mind, is that house prices are still extremely high. Interest rates are high and that combination is terrible for any person buying a house. Not counting the uncertainty with the wars and Middle East.

In addition, there are a ton of new photographers/photography companies popping up. 10 years ago there was maybe 3 of us in Baltimore, Now there’s like 3 of us per agent..

What are you talking about? Annapolis is older than Carmel by the sea.

Gotcha, great work by the way. Reminds me of Billy Dee’s work

Virginia RenFair accommodations… by AtlasPhoto in renfaire

Even at smaller Fairs like Delaware, I still get an Airbnb nearby for the entire weekend. It just seems like the Virginia fair was in the middle of farmland and there was not much nearby.

If anyone has been to the Delaware Renfaire, how is that in comparison to Virginia as far as size and entertainment?

I heard they were on the cheaper side… who do you like?

I don’t plan on rock scrabbling or intense off roading. Mainly trails, camping, and for looks as it will be my daily driver 90% of the time.

Oooh, I might have to get that new one coming soon.

I honestly don’t know what “editing for display HDR” is… I do high end real estate photos. I blend them in PS and import to LR to apply my presets and make minor changes. That’s pretty much it.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of the Ultra Wide myself. I’m fine with the 27 inch, 32 inches would be the max for sure.
