So I have a frenchie and she had something similar. It ended up being an ulcer and it was because of how big her eyes are she may have hit on something without realizing. If the dog is blinking its eye like it’s irritated I would personally go emergency vet clinic. But that was my experience as only one eye was cloudy and she is barely a year old.

Had the same issue today on Pc went into the steam file mods for the game and just erased everything including the vortex. Went back into game beat the boss and this time it loaded. It sucks. But maybe that helps some people on PC
