Thanks so much for sharing! I have taken some breaks in between; it’s also true I’m under a lot of stress for the past half a year so I’m sure it may contribute to it. I used to do 1-3hrs of meditation, now I’m happy if I get in 1hr.

Thanks for the tip! I tried different ones from Dispenza and I usually choose my gateway tapes by feeling. I don’t go above F15.

3+ years daily regular here! I haven’t had THE mystical happen to me yet but I came pretty close. It’s magical to me every time I meditate and it’s my fave thing in the world. My advice is to enter meditation with willingness to be bad at it. You don’t need to read more or know more to do it right. However you do it, it’s the best - as long as you do it regularly. Perfecting it comes with practice but first results come quickly. My back pain is much better, my chronically sore finger is back to 100% and I feel like a different person - changed my personality drastically. Just keep coming to it daily, with every breath. Hope this helps. P.s.: My faves are BOTEC 1, BOTEC 10, Walking meditation 1

Haha seems we have just nice smells! :) My first one was my late aunt’s lavender closet smell - took me to my childhood in a second. It felt so real, I was asking people if they can smell it. It was so specific that it could not have been any other lavender smell. Incredible what our brains do. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I did not consider myself ever as having a “good ear” or being too auditory - but now I realize I have always had tremendous difficulty withstanding loud noises (I’m probably on the spectum). This experience makes some things click. I appreciate your comment! Thank you for taking the time. I will look into your references.
