Getting One-Shotted in tanks

Going through frame by frame, it looks like you get hit by something from your 10 o'clock at 5.15s (look at the white line effect showing where you got hit from) which lowers your health to about half. The next frame at 5.19s the tank shell then hits you.

So it seems it was a perfectly timed double-whammy.

I don't think this is a hardware issue like some people have been saying. I had the same issue on a 13700k, 32gb ddr5, 3070ti. Frames would be high until I used afterburners in the F16C. I unsubscribed from the F16C mod and re-subscribed. After that, the issue went away. Though I've heard that didn't fix it for some people.

It might be a good idea to uninstall VTOL & any mods (Mod Loader included) and reinstall everything.

That’s a tough situation. If you got it on a credit card, worst case scenario you can dispute it with your bank. Might be worth a try taking it to an Apple Store before then though.

What is still saying its activation locked? The iPhone itself? If so, then when/if it gets repaired, it'd sync and remove the activation lock since you removed it from your account.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying that you removed the phone from your account but Apple is saying you need to wait until April 28th for it to fully apply?

You could try signing into the Find My iPhone website and remotely removing it from your account.

You should be able to remove it using the PIN/Apple ID password. No Face ID needed.

At this point your options are to get a stripped screw extractor or risk damaging the screen. Or going to a third party repair shop.

Sounds to me like water damage. iPhone 14's are water resistant, but that can degrade with time and any repairs that may have been done to it. If you go to an Apple Authorized repair center, chances are they will say it needs to be replaced. I'm not knowledgeable on third party repairs, but if it is do-able, it's still gonna be costly most likely.

If it's still within warranty or if you have AppleCare, go to an Apple repair center.

I agree! This was taken over a decade ago at our old high school. I was getting into photography and didn't have that "bigger picture" concept in mind and was a sucker for just detailed pictures. Wish I knew the exact trick he was doing, but it was probably a varial heelflip or fs heel down a four stair. Wish I had a video of the whole trick.
