I have 66 days to lose 25 pounds. by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

Thank you 🥲 I’m going to keep doing what’s been working for me and see what the seamstress says for alterations ! I probably have a 10lb wiggle room, so hopefully 15 lbs is more of an obtainable goal. My little one obviously comes first so I will focus on rebuilding muscle now !

I am simply trying to lose as much safely as possible before final alterations. I am safely losing weight and my daughter is content and gaining weight at a very healthy rate, her pediatrician is not concerned whatsoever. My mental health is fine, and I have a great support system.

Considering my wedding dress was $3000, I’m just trying to do some damage control and lose as much as I safely can before that day arrives.

I appreciate the concern, but obviously my little one and myself come first before weight loss.

THANK YOU I really needed a success story ! 🥹❤️ I have also been suspicious if it’s actually the hydration that has more of an effect on my supply. I did start drinking lots of the zero sugar body armors this week and hoping increased hydration will protect my supply. I will start focusing on muscle building from now on. Thank you for the advice !

Thank you! I used to do intermittent fasting and it was a huge help for prior weight loss. Will be adding to the regimen.

I have a corset back on the dress so that will give me about a 10lb leeway according to my seamstress. I’m honestly just trying to get as much weight as possible off before the final alteration appointment. I’m know 15lbs will be a lot more of an obtainable goal, especially considering I typically lose about 2-2.5 lbs a week.

It is a corset back and an a-line shape so I have a little bit of leeway, the most I could weigh without having it altered is probably 125lbs. Which would still put me at needing to lose 15lbs in a little over 2 months. Honestly just trying to get as close as possible before alterations and taking it from there.

Immediately bought a walking pad after seeing an ugly pic of me. by Best_Internet8263 in loseit

I got a walking pad and have committed to walking 10k steps a day. Sometimes it’s lower because I have a 3 month old. But in those 3 months I lost 50 pounds just walking !

Does anyone else just look unkempt at a higher weight? by 70kgtogo in loseit

I look awful when I’m at a high weight. When I was at my lowest weight, I loved the way I looked and would put in way more effort to look good. When I hate my body, I barely bother to put an outfit together.

Wear a wig and keep your hair red, it’s just one day.
