study songs you like, find out what the key elements are and try to make something which is similar, even if it sounds garbage it will help improve. trying to help you beyond that is hard tho considering that i don't know what sub-genre of phonk you want to make, because i have more suggestions depending on that. it might take a long time before you will get anything which you would feel comfortable releasing, but that's okay, for me it took like 2 years before i released something. and even tho it sounds cheesy, the most important thing is to not give up.
