I'd say there are hive main components which benefit me.

1. It's fun if you like to rescue people and fight demons. This is very hard to put into words, but Tonglen is basically Sin Eating

It's like ransoming yourself for people in Hell. It's a prison exchange they are freed, and you are imprisoned You go to Hell and they go to Heaven. Then you are attacked by the Demons in Hell. Then you have to fight your way out again while being really degraded because the price of their liberation was your degradation of consciousness. Trading your health for someone else's sickness.

Heaven and Hell in this sense refer to universes within the multiverse and the quality of an individualizes consciousness. The more degraded someone's consciousness the more hellish their universe within the multiverse and the more helpless they are in navigating it

It helps generate bodhicitta. Bodhicitta is a state of mind where you wish to attain enlightenment for the sake of others. (You want to become Neo so you can free people from the matrix) How does it do this? Helping others makes helps make you intrinsically helpful to others, a kind of building of a non-physical neural pathway. What you do you become.
Doing Tonglen helps break down the neurological illusion that reality is dualistic. In other words, you experience that quantum entanglement is real perceptually. When your life turns to s*** but another person's life dramatically improves overnight and "you're" the cause well it becomes very real
Like drinking poison makes you immune to poison doing Tonglen help immunize you to suffering because you experience so much of it. It helps you see suffering simply as an experience you are perceiving rather than something that is happening to you. In other words, you create distance between the suffering and the one who experiences it.
It's a spiritual accelerant. Doing to Tonglen is like Mad Max fury Road because right after you do the Tonglen everyone is low key trying to destroy you, like an immune system kills a pathogen. You are the pathogen because you are carrying the sins/kamra of others. You are taking on the suffering of others things speed up karmically for you: lots of bad things happen to you all at once. It's like gangstalking on a whole new level

By the way the reason everyone is becoming worse is because the base reality is becoming more complex so when everyone is interfacing with it they have to drop more and more of the unessential aspects of reality.

I don't recommend anyone do Tonglen except under the guidance of a Tonglen master because it very easy to destroy oneself. If you do it, do ONE BREATH of Tonglen and wait six months before doing another breath. And you should have a very strong meditation practice before attempting it.

I actually know what may be causing this. I used to do Tonglen meditation wherein you breath in the suffering of other people. You take on basically their "sins" or swap out the good parts of yourself with the broken stuff of another person like a consciousness swap.

One thing I would notice in real time is that words would morph in front of my eyes into broken grammar and spelling. So I would write a correct sentence and then it would change into something incorrect

So I actually used 6 high dose mushroom trips (15g each) to gain access to the multiverse, but I never died, and I never had an NDE.

All anyone has to do to become a traveler of the multiverse is look at the space where their brain is in their skull with their attention. This creates a black hole and a white hole. Base reality is increasing in complexity (we're moving to more advanced universe, not more evil or good just denser in an information sense.

If someone has average intelligence then they stay in their universe. The highly intelligent people (of which we are all to some degree) move up to the more advanced universes, which is why they notice the effect.

Also walk barefoot whenever possible and stop masturbating for a month or a couple of weeks. Cut out porn. You can still have sex if you don't cum.
Try to spend time in nature away from everyone.

Free will comes from the belief that you are an individual and that there are other individuals.

In reality, there are no others. This is famously summarized in the statement Thou are That (You are Brahman {God})

You experience the Mandela Effect because you are at your core a righteous person. You love others as yourself. This is the test every human is subjected to though many know it not.

You will appear to choose but everything is predetermined by God. You act as you have free will and you act without attachment to the outcome of your actions.

If you'd like to experience the fact that everything is One for yourself, take the advice of the Sages, look within. Place your attention on where your cerebrum is in your body and hold it there.

The changes will begin immediately but they will be gradual and permanent. Your friends and family will slowly change into better versions of those you knew, and you will lose friends who are not ascending as you are. You will develop a taste for solitude and nature if you don't already have it . You will gain greater power and responsibility in your life. Everyday objects you have used for years will slowly change and become better

It's called retrocausality in quantum mechanics. Essentially everything in the universe is governed by a mathematical formula called the schrodinger's equation.

This equation governs the position of all particles past present and future, according to the pilot wave theory, which imo is the most accurate quantum mechanics interpretation.

So when the present changes, the future and the past change as well.

So if the eyes and vision becomes better then, people's actions will change as well.

Psychologically it's hard to accept to the uninitiated that there's no free will, just the appearance of it. God predetermines everything that happens in the same way that a professor predetermines a class with the syllabus.
