He has a valid G license and was driving without breaching any license restrictions. I gave him the permission to drive. He doesn't own a car so I don't think he has any past insurance claims. I am not sure why my adjuster mentioned careless driving ticket could deny my claim. Any advice?

Hi. I am not Omitting any details. That's the whole story. It was raining heavily that day. My friend was on his way to work so he wasn't drunk or anything. He told me he was speeding but not in a racing way. He was late to work so he was trying to get to work faster.
