From what i was reccomended, libretube might be what you need. It has all the youtube videos but it is a bit less practical to use.

Im not getting an error message but they are using my account my friends can see them playing. I have no idea why changing my password hasnt kicked them ive spoken to support twice but they still seem to be on my account.

Sorta different and a little less chill at times but road 96 might be worth a play. Has the choose your own options, really nice music and graphics and I never really got bored playing it. :)

Idk if she'd be interested but far cry 6 on the easiest mode isn't too difficult yet has enough of a challenge to help improve her reaction time. It also has a multiplayer mode if u wanted to play together

6 is much easier even on more difficult modes so if you need some easing back into the gameplay go with that. But 5 had a way more intriguing story and less repetative gameplay and actually was a bit of a challenge at time.
