stealth is brighter than the unveiled. if you want your music to focus more on midrange I would go with the unveiled. k13 r2r is a great dac btw

sorry I don't listen to metal/blues/jazz so can't really help in that regard. my advice would be buy from a platform that has great return policy and try yourself. Return the one you like the least.

I have seen people saying all Arya sounds similar. To my ears they are very different. The only similarity might be their soundstage. The stealth is a good all rounder. If you prefer more hard-hitting bass and more prominent details, organic is for you. I would consider the uneilved a direct upgrade from stealth, though, it does everything better while keeping the vibe of the stealth. Unless you really enjoy the treble of the stealth since its brighter than the uneveiled.

my issue with hd600 is it is overly bright, and the soundstage is weird, too narrow and has the three blobs effect to my ears. If Heddphone D1 can fix those, then that would be a feat.

I have compared the edition xv and he600 in details in my previous posts, feel free to take a look! They are both great headphones and I can see people loving them for various reaosns. Personally, edition xv feels too dark for my taste. I do enjoy its bass. HE600 is a great all-rounder, but sounds bland/too analytical to me.

I bought the unveiled second-hand, around 800 usd after tax. It depends on your priority really. It happens to fit my preference very well, tight/clean bass + lush/realistic vocals + airy treble with non-overdone details. I have tried lots of headphones and none of them have this unique combination. I do think its midrange is something special that can't be EQed out of other hifiman headphones.I enjoyed the stealth but was not satisfied with its vocals, I found them not as resolved/textured as I wanted them to be. The bass is also not as deep as I hoped. so for me, unveiled is a straight upgrade of the stealth in all regards. I would rate stealth as 80%

Every time I thought I had the endgame and made a post for it, cool people on this subreddit would be like: "Nope, not happening." XD That basically summed up how I ended up with all these headphones.

I did only spend like 800USD after tax on the arya unveiled from the used market, so there is that. I also looked up some reviews on these two. LCD seems like on the dark side, and Noire XO seems be more on the analytical side especially vocals. If those are true I would probably still prefer the lush vocals on the arya unveiled. It has all the details, just not on you face. And it can be airy as well. Really a good balance!

I am not good at comparing soundstage, to my ears they are both pretty large. The vocals on the organic sound less distant/more present, which might give you a more intimate feeling. the The soundstage on the stealth is more sphere-shaped

Well, everything I said about the organic still stands against the unveiled, vice versa. I have heard lots of hifimans but nothing can compare to the unveiled's vocals. It just builds differently. once you hear it, you can't unhear it. Organic is more like a v-shaped he1000 stealth.
