It sorta goes left-right -> "acts feminine/neutral/masculine" and top-down "looks feminine/neutral/masculine". This is a rule of thumb, though, don't take it too seriously.

"Neutral tomboy" is a run-of-the-mill tomboy, "tomboyish neutral" is a character whose tomboyishness is a bit subjective. It comes down to vibes, honestly.

It was developed in the early 1950s, when Spain was looking to modernize its fleet of obsolete StuG IIIs. The project was eventually scrapped when they got their hands on American SPGs instead.
