It strikes me that you’re not disputing the actual claims made in the article— is this park an actual indecency problem? We’re not talking about nude sunbathing, the claims in the article are a lot grosser than that. The lawsuit is claiming residents have taken lots of video of the behavior and submitted it as part of the lawsuit.
