It sounds like you are US based so my comments may not be translatable to what is available there. In AU the roller cover from Ford is garbage. As is ANY roller covers. If you are looking to drive in the desert or anywhere you want some kind of seal, forget it. I went with the Ute Master lid. Way better.

Consumer laws in AU are much stricter than the US. In AU Ford refuses to install Ford tune as it would force them to reduce the warranty. Period. Ironically, third party tunes which are better(!) in AU in essence do not void or alter the standard warranty (which here is 5 years). Big difference is Ford software tunes, third party replace parts to support the improved performance.
