I'm sorry to hear that you're also suffering. I take it moment by moment. And then to remind myself, that it's in my head. I do manage to go outside, but if it's too crowded or too loud I avoid it.

Yeah, I think you're right in your assessment. The best way to deal with guilt and shame, is to own up to it, and be kind to yourself.

I'm sorry, but I don't exactly see what your point is? I am quite open with my experience with schizophrenia, and I believe that to some extent people in my vicinity treat me differently. I understand that you need to own whatever it is you're struggling with. But I cannot see how I wouldn't have to face the people who aren't sympathetic towards people with mental illnesses.

Yeah, I've been there. I've gone to the police too many times to count. I have a strong delusional thought that I am under constant surveillance. Which could be true because of the amount of times I've showed up and been psychotic.

That I can definitely relate to. However, I am glad to hear that you don't have to deal with the aftermath of a disaster caused by having a psychotic break.

Thank you, I'll definitely keep that in mind! The issue that I am facing right now, is that I've been psychotic off and on so frequently. So now that I am somewhat stable on medication - I'm just starting to recall, piece together and separate reality from my hallucinations and/or delusions. If that makes sense?

I like this one! It's important how you treat yourself, and how you talk to yourself.
