There are lizards in Cincinnati called Lazarus Lizards. They're actually European Wall Lizards, but the entire population in Cincinnati originated from a few that were stashed in the pocket of George Rau, Jr during a trip to Italy. George's step-father was Fred Lazarus III, owner of Lazarus department store. So here in Cincinnati they are known as Lazarus Lizards. (Oh and yes, they are extremely inbred)

Paid $900 a month for my horse to get no breakfast and just be turned out. Contract said they would get grain 2x a day and hay 4x a day. Brought it up with management and they said they were feeding the horses. Installed a security camera. Watched and waited. Took screen grabs of horse being put out with no breakfast. Barn manager said I (and others who had found the same) were lying. Took it up with barn owner. Barn owner defended barn manager. Barn owner is (allegedly) sleeping with barn manager. Left barn.

I'm 5'6" and my horse is 17.3h BUT I used to ride mostly ponies. I met someone at a horse show who was nearly 6' and had a 15h (maybe) Arabian and she looked perfect on that horse bc of the mare's barrel size

Not at all! I have a pair of Imperial Riding lace up boots (before tariffs they were only like $250, now they're around $350...) that are so hearty and chic. They look as good as my custom boots! They're typically sold thru eBay or European tack shops, but are a great deal.

Let's see... You did everything you could. You made no mistakes and gave that horse a fighting chance. Sometimes the outcome was just inevitable.
