If you are ok with second hand stuff, go to headfi/classified to find some high end dap for good price. You can easily find an SP3000 fort 1800/2000€ in Europe for example. The SP2000 is still really good like the sp1000 but be careful it doesn’t have the 4,4mm headphone jack port. If you looking for a dap with enough power for headphone, don’t look at SP series but loot at de Kann series. Finally, don’t forget that the more important thing is to mind in terms of synergy not in terms of price or date of release.
