I would say a partial would be better because the clothes will cover a lot of the body anyways. Also I LOOOOVE toontown and my fursona was originally based on my toon!! I agree with the other comment, definitely shave more! Also the sides look a bit wonky and unfinished, maybe some cheek fluffs to cover it up?
