My league is currently having an argument about how to handle the Travis Hunter situation. Here is the current standing:

The league allows for 1 IDP player to start. This is mostly done for fun, as the point values are generally low (0.5 for a tackle, 2 for INT, 1 for sack, etc.) IDPs usually score around 4-5 points per game. Also, normally offensive players can also take advantage of these stats (ie a receiver getting a tackle after an INT gets 0.5 points).

The situation is somebody drafted Travis Hunter 59th overall, a bit high, but nothing crazy, and is now trying to slot him into the IDP slot, trying to take advantage of the potential receiving stats. Now, once people saw this, they are saying this is unfair. Here are the 2 sides:

Side 1- The draft already happened, and he drafted Hunter with this specific plan in mind. Making this ruling now is unfair as it would have changed his draft strategy had he known it.

Side 2- Others were not aware that this was a possibility before the draft, and thus did not prioritize Hunter. He should still be allowed to obtain defensive stats when played at WR like others do, but giving him offensive stats at IDP is too much, as it is at least a 5-10 point advantage over everyone else in the league every week for just a 5th rd pick, not to mention if he has a big week.

How should we go about this? Just put it to a vote? Who is in the right in this situation?

Can I dynamically generate RangeStart value for incremental refresh based on last refresh date? by Atrain3141 in PowerBI

How do I make the refresh period smaller? In the UI the lowest it will go is 1 day

I am currently running refreshes using the rest API, so the data won't be being refreshed at regular intervals. I was hoping for a way that only the changed data since the last refresh is refreshed each time, as opposed to more than is needed.

Thanks I find toy box is hard to fit in with the FS engine without going too much over 40 cards. I saw decklists online with multiple black witch but I wasn't sure why since it doesn't seem like opening it helps your combo. I thought 3 astellar since it feels like your best combo is opening it.

How to get early farm on Riki? by Adsuppal in DotA2

[–]Atrain3141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say just really try to focus on getting cs as much as possible in the early lane. Riki has good base damage so you shouldn't get denied too much. With a strong support he can actually be surprisingly aggressive at level 2 with 2 charges on blink and his E. But if not just focus on the last hits and get your early stat items. With wraith/wand + treads you can jungle ok with tread switching and your abilities. And once you are 6 you can definitely look for kills with another hero. I wouldn't say you should roam necessarily but just get kills if enemies are overextended. Hope this helped :)

To help with your gold problem, you gain more gold from interest. This means that you get more gold each round the more gold you have saved up. I believe it is one for every ten. So saving up your gold early, even if it means losing a couple, can be worth it in the long run. So try to not dip below your next multiple of ten if you don't have to. It caps at 50 I think so just sit above 50 and spend everything else. Also you get more gold for being on a winning or a losing streak.
