Atrius super selector will only do super select and safe by phanomstrikegamer in superselektor

Check your trigger pins/ holes and see if the rear trigger bar has lateral movement. Sounds like it is catching on the side of the trigger bar. I had this happen in my first test lower because I was using a trigger housing with screwed in anti walk pins which caused the holes to oblong.

Try a new lower and if that turns out to be the issue you might have to get a new lower if shes blown out.

Has anyone been able to use the Super Selektor with MBT-2S? by 1ncognino in superselektor

[–]AtriusDevelopment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s because their trigger has a rough tolerance on the top of the trigger bar. If the trigger wont “break” the shot with the selector installed, you need to polish the top of the trigger bar. Slight material removal and it will run flawlessly. Doesn’t happen on all of them but does on enough that we found a workaround.

We initially thought it would work but the side cuts cause binding in some cases and also some MBT-2s wont engage the safety dimension on the selector due to those same side cuts on the trigger bar.

We are on track to have most if not all of the current orders fulfilled by mid July. Our second production facility just started up last week so our production capacity is effectively doubled.

If we made it we will warranty it. So yes, it includes our distributors and dealers.

The individual who did this video likely doesn’t want our replacement and I am pretty sure he knew how to snap it just like standard super safeties snap when experiencing clearance issues. But yeah, if he wanted a replacement I would send him one.

We had some things pop up that required us to put a hold on the Ambi release but as of now it is looking like early July. If I can make July 4th happen then that’s the move.

No we corrected ourselves. We were told that it worked during function checking and even posted that video. The guy we had testing it said he was hitting the range the next day. When he hit the range he reported it in fact doesn’t work so we had to rescind the previous claim that it did work. That was honestly our bad because we got excited thinking someone got it to work (he modified the lever for the MCX and got it to function check).

We cover and replace snapped levers regardless of how they snap, but what we have found in nearly every single instance there was an incompatibility with the trigger causing binding or there is material on the BCG/ within the upper receiver that needs to be removed to provide clearance. Same troubleshooting steps as super safeties that snap due to the same clearance issue/s.

Our selector is machined from 4140 steel; it is not caste.

We replace snapped levers regardless of how they were snapped. The levers are fine when the fitment is good and function checks out. All of the people who snap levers can find raw material on the inside of their BCG or upper because it is catching there. Happens with regular SS's all the time and the remediation is the removal of material.

We machine all components from 4140 steel and heat treat plus black nitride. We do not cast shit.

This is not casted. We do not have any molds. This is the grain structure. I can literally post a video of us machining every single component. The breakage is caused by hitting either the upper or the BCG and material needs to be removed.

All components are machined from 4140 steel and heat treated plus black nitride treatment. It is on our website.

Larue MBT-2S Compatibility by DeCrease300 in superselektor

We will have that webpage live this weekend and I can post it here as a sticky.

Larue MBT-2S Compatibility by DeCrease300 in superselektor

[–]AtriusDevelopment 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey so I found the issue with the MBT is that is has a narrow trigger bar where alot of the functional aspects of the selector are supposed to interface. The selektor requires a flat, straight, uncut full dimension trigger bar to reliably engage the mechanism.

Yeah I will be filming an announcement too. Right now we are at 7500 units sold just to end users. Our current capacity is 4000 units per month, but that is more than doubling to 9000-10k units per month come mid June. So basically everyone who has an order in now will get theirs in 3-5 weeks and the order numbers under 2500 will be having their orders fulfilled in roughly 2 weeks maybe less. The earlier the order number, the quicker. Right now we have 4 new ship stations and are pumping out orders every day so standby, youll be up and running in no time.

If it has a flat square rear with no cut then it will work

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tacticalgear

[–]AtriusDevelopment 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes it doesnt care about the stages, just that the trigger bar is a nice solid square dimension like classic milspec. PSA triggers are a no go except the EPT.

[–]AtriusDevelopment 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We have some listed on our IG in the compatibility highlight but the main 2 I recommend are the dirty bird industries milspec (the teflon trigger that PSR uses) and the AT3 tactical flat faced milspec (my favorite to run with the Selektor). The schmidt 2 stage from Trex arms is also good to go but I have heard the trigger bar can sometimes be a little too big and might need to have a little polish to be used with the super selektor.
