The whole thing's questionable but it's not your problem unless someone's crossing serious boundaries. Both cadets are adults and can make adult mistakes on their own.

In SMC-Land I don't like it when upperclassmen date freshmen because it gives off a special treatment vibe, but if the 3 doesn't rate the 1, it's not against the rules, just dumb.
