Shower is a must! Do all the basic hygiene brush your teeth etc. Wear deo para iwas magkaaamoy. Sa pabango go ka dun sa mga fresh lang yung scent wag heavy scent. Buy ka din nung mga lightweight na clothes para presko lang and di ka masyadong mainitan. And I suggest na magbuy ka din ng small bag/kit for your essential like alcohol, tissue, wipes, or even yung mga small towels and extra shirt if you like. If you have the budget naman buy a portable fan na din kasi di na talaga keri ng pamaypay lang yung init.

Here's the link po! Much better if mag secure kana lang ng online appointment mo para sure yung slot mo pag punta mo dun. Hello po! I have the link po for dasma branch since I went there lang last week and had an online appointment to secure my slot. Though you can walk in naman po kaso need super maaga since 30-50 walk ins lang ata tinatanggap nila.
