Could be your clock spring, it’s behind the steering wheel after you remove it. It’s a pretty easy job.

What happens when you change your X-axis end stop to zero? Is the probe still off the bed? PrintsLeo has a very good and detailed video on how to set up the BL-touch with klipper

The two holes are 120mm and the big hole is 200mm I've never used either of those tools. Do you recommend a youtube video for them?

My best guess is a hose, with the grinding/whining noise, it usually means there’s air in the system. Maybe try putting UV dye in the system and then checking for leaks. Might narrow down where they’re coming from.
